Ethan Raath, Th.D.

Ethan has a heart for coaching leaders, helping them balance between the persistent push for results and pull of relationships. He is passionate about helping leaders maintain equilibrium and stay vital in mind, body and spirit, in order to lead with success. His coaching style blends personal support and professional development.

A Certified Provider and Practitioner of Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI), Ethan utilizes this distinctive Whole Brain approach for empowering leaders and teams with better balance, better relations, better performance and better results.

Ethan has been coaching, consulting, and training professionally for almost 30 years, along with decades of counseling and teaching experience. In addition to running his business, he has served as a nonprofit executive, communication professor, corporate consultant and trainer, and inspirational speaker.

Experience includes coaching, consulting, and educating at the executive, managerial, and worker levels in business, industry, finance, academic, community, medical, and nonprofit sectors. He has  chaired and been a member of numerous boards.
